About The Role

We are seeking qualified and experienced Specialist / Consultant Pain Medicine Physicians to join reputed hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare facilities across the UAE.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive assessment and management of patients suffering from acute and chronic pain, with a focus on individualized, evidence-based treatment and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with acute and chronic pain.
Diagnose and develop individualized pain management plans.
Manage musculoskeletal, neuropathic, cancer-related, and post-operative pain.
Perform appropriate interventional pain procedures where applicable.
Utilize pharmacological and non-pharmacological pain management approaches.
Provide image-guided procedures such as nerve blocks and injections where appropriate.
Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust management plans accordingly.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, oncologists, physiotherapists, and other specialists.
Educate patients regarding pain management options and long-term care.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary pain management programs and case discussions.

Requirements

MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
MD/DNB/FCPS/FRCA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, or a relevant specialty.
UK CCT in Pain Medicine or an equivalent recognized specialist qualification is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferred.
Strong clinical expertise in acute and chronic pain management.
Experience in interventional pain procedures, regional anesthesia, nerve blocks, or image-guided procedures is an advantage.
Excellent clinical, communication, and patient-management skills.
