What you'll do... You’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to the(ir) table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time.

What we're looking for… If you have previous experience, great! But it’s not a must-have for us; it’s how you contribute to the team that matters. You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits for us. You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience. You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get shit done. You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once. We’re looking for Waiters & Waitresses with energy, personality and charm to join our team at Lotti’s. Lotti's is our buzzing neighbourhood restaurant - the hangout everyone knows and loves, just with a little more attitude. The menu keeps its European roots while turning up the heat with bold Latin-inspired flavours, colourful seasonal dishes, and cocktails with a bit of spice, all built on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. By day, it's a place to meet, relax or work; from Friday to Sunday, the bar comes alive with local DJ talent. And later this year, Lotti's is getting a fresh new look and feel to match.
