About The Role

Collaborate with Kronospan’s global Product Planning teams and lead buyers to identify purchasing needs, define optimal order quantities, and align on consumption and pricing Process internal purchase demands and create purchase orders in the company ERP system Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and timely confirmation Track order acknowledgements, prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports, and proactively inform internal stakeholders of potential supply interruptions Ensure compliance with supplier contracts and agreements, and report any non-conformances. Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials and maintain continuity of supply Coordinate planning and forecasting activities for Kronospan plants, maintaining effective communication with suppliers Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses to support purchasing decisions and management reporting

University degree (preferably in Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field) Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics is a strong advantage Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is considered an advantage Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools — particularly Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and drive process improvements Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across international teams #LI-VK1
