Specialist Rheumatologist

About The Role
Talentspoc is seeking a highly qualified Specialist Rheumatologist for an immediate opening in the UAE.
The successful candidate will provide expert care for patients with a range of rheumatological and autoimmune conditions , delivering evidence-based and compassionate treatment in a multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed clinical assessments and diagnose rheumatologic disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, spondyloarthritis, and other inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
- Manage long-term treatment plans and monitor therapeutic responses including immunosuppressive and biologic therapies.
- Interpret and utilize laboratory and imaging investigations relevant to rheumatology.
- Provide appropriate joint injections and other interventional procedures within competency.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedics, physiotherapy, immunology, and nephrology.
- Educate patients on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualifications in Rheumatology or a related specialty.
- Minimum relevant clinical experience in Rheumatology.
- Strong knowledge of autoimmune and inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions.
- Proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of rheumatic diseases.
- Experience with immunosuppressive and biologic treatment protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid license to practice medicine in the UAE is preferred.
