Key Responsibilities

Training and Development

• Participate in training programs designed to build expertise in sales techniques, product knowledge, and market strategies.
• Gain an understanding of the cement industry, including manufacturing processes, distribution channels, and competitive dynamics.

Sales Support

• Assist senior sales officers and sales managers in identifying potential customers and opportunities in the market.
• Support sales teams in planning and executing sales strategies.
• Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn negotiation and client-handling skills.

Customer Relationship Management

• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with distributors, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Market Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
• Analyze sales data and report findings to management.

Sales Operations

• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
• Track sales performance against targets and suggest improvements.

Field Experience

• Participate in field visits to understand customer requirements and challenges.
• Learn the logistics and supply chain processes involved in the cement industry.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
