ESaaS - Oracle - Project Management - On Prem Service Delivery

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and PCF controls.
• Build integrations using APIs, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Functions, and Power Automate.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Perform data migration using Data Import, KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Azure tools.
• Support solution deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production releases.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web API.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, and business process flows.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
• Experience with solution management, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Field Service.
• Knowledge of Power Pages and Copilot capabilities.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
