About The Role
- FlexStaff is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our client.
- Compensation: $26/hr
Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9a - 530p
- *Note: This temporary assignment should run through at least mid-November 2026
- *Note: This person should live in the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut)
JOB SUMMARY
Talent Acquisition plays a key role in attracting and engaging talent in all functions throughout the US. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key contributor in helping us manage our candidate and customer experience by being the main point of contact for all candidates under consideration.
As the TA Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates being considered for career opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work directly with management, candidates and vendor partners to ensure a positive candidate experience while also acting as a catalyst in expediting the interview process. This role will include coordinating travel arrangements, domestic and international flights, car service and video conference interviews.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate candidate interviews for internal and external candidates
- Prepare interview itineraries for both the management team and candidates
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Request and prepare interview feedback commentary for management review
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for
- Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.
- Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
Experience
1 year of human resources or business related experience preferred
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Must be fluent in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Multi-tasking proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Customer service skills
Business judgment aptitude
