- ・外国籍社員の受入サポート
- ・入社社員の受入 ・インターンシップ生の受入
- ・在留資格認定証明書（ＣＯＥ）交付申請サポート
- ・新卒、中途、アルバイト、外国籍スタッフの採用業務
- ・労務管理業務
- ・健康診断、福利厚生に関する業務
- ・その他人事部門に不随する業務
- 変更の範囲：会社が定める業務すべて
- 【経験】
- ・人事、総務、労務に関する実務経験１年以上必須
- ・ビジネス英会話できる方優
- 【求める人物像】
- ・コミュニケーション力の高い方
- ・明るく清潔感があり印象がよい方
- ・チームでの協調性・協力性を大切にすることができる方
- ・臨機応変且つ柔軟な対応ができるコミュニケーション力をお持ちの方
