About The Role

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Government Relations Executive with strong knowledge of government procedures and a passion for providing efficient support to our hotel and colleagues.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be

● Handling government-related transactions and ensuring all required documents are completed accurately
● Managing and following up on employee Iqama, visa, work permit, and related government procedures
● Coordinating with government authorities and maintaining strong professional relationships
● Ensuring all government documents, licenses, and permits are valid and up to date
● Maintaining accurate records of government transactions and employee documentation
● Keeping the HR team updated on government requirements, regulations, and pending matters

What We Need from You

● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
● Two or more years of experience in Government Relations, HR, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
● Strong knowledge of Saudi government platforms and procedures
● Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
● Good command of written and spoken English required
● Saudi National preferred
