About The Role
- Who we are looking for
- The major focus of this role is the supervision and review of Investor Services processes in accordance with internal controls and procedures.
- Your new role
- As Investor Services Team Supervisor, Senior Associate you will
- Supervise daily Investor Services processes (investor set up, transactions processing, reporting, communication with 3rd parties, payments processing, etc.)
- Demonstrate timely, accurate process of the relevant tasks at all times in accordance with SLAs, operating procedures and legal regulations
- Perform independently all tasks described in the relevant procedures and job aids
- Ensure a timely update of procedures and Job aids
- Support and lead day to day run of the operations executed by the team
- Support the Manager in assurance all activities are sufficiently covered at all times, included during sickness and holidays periods
- Ensure that the other team members are properly trained
- Make recommendations for changes to processes and procedures and prepare documentation for review as required
- Take responsibility for personal development and training
- Set and maintain standards of personal and professional performance/behavior; ensure staff accountability and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate and implement technical training and development activities for individuals and the team
- Monitor the performance of team – provide formal and informal feedbacks to the team members and the team manager
- Hold ad hoc 1 to1 with the team members to discuss operational matters if necessary
- Support and participate in company committees and initiatives
- Take responsibility for the quality of service to assigned client
- Plan and manage the daily processes and the effective utilization of resources
- Monitor errors and potential breaches; complete relevant documentation and ensure training needs are identified and relevant trainings are carried out. Keep record of all errors and monitor the resolution status
- Ensure adherence to Company and Departmental policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, colleagues in service support departments and contacts in Donor Sites
- Act as a main point of contact for the team

Previous Experience & Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant fund industry experience
- Investor services experience is required
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel and Word
- Advanced command of English language
Work organization
- hybrid work model with 3 days of office presence per week
Minimum Salary:
zł87,000 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
