Job Responsibilities

Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
Following Forbes Sequence of service to ensure we are meeting expectation.
Deliver luxury service experiences for à la carte, afternoon tea, and buffet operations.
Assist preparation and setting up in the restaurants for food service and ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
Assist guests on their respective requests, conduct suggestive and well-versed in all aspects of the menu.
Able to work in different duties when needed and support Premium 55 F&B restaurant.
Communicate guest preferences, feedback and service issues to Captains or the Manager on Duty.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage

Experience

Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization

Other Prerequisites

Possess food hygiene and safety certification
Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
Positive attitude and willing to learn and growth in hospitality industry within premium luxury service environment.
Bilingual language skills are preferred.
