Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with assigned portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the Treasures segment
Identify client financial needs and recommend tailored wealth management, investment, and treasury solutions
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide proactive advisory services to maximize client satisfaction
Cross-sell DBS products and services including deposits, investments, loans, and insurance offerings
Achieve and exceed revenue targets and client acquisition goals
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams including investment, credit, and operations to deliver seamless client experience
Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to strengthen relationships
Monitor market trends and economic developments to provide informed advisory recommendations

Requirement

Strong knowledge of financial products, investment instruments, and treasury solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client relationship management
Proficiency in banking systems and CRM platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards
