Job responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters affecting the company.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and strategic initiatives.
Manage and oversee external legal counsel and coordinate legal strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential legal issues.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure the company's compliance with legal standards.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes and provide strategic legal insights.
Advise on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, to protect the company's assets.

Job requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the technology or AI industry.
Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of managing complex legal projects and providing strategic legal advice.
High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential information.
