Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from creation through to receipt and costing
• Coordinate sea, air and courier shipments with freight forwarders and service providers
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock reconciliations
• Manage local supply and export orders
• Coordinate customs clearance and delivery activities
• Maintain accurate ERP and CRM data
• Monitor ageing and expired inventory
• Investigate and resolve claims and supply chain issues
• Prepare supply chain reports and KPI tracking
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement activities
• Manage supplier, carrier and warehouse service relationships
• Provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders including Customer Services, Warehousing and Commercial teams
