This role supports our Mortgage Brokers by managing lending administration, coordinating documentation, supporting loan applications through to settlement, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

We're keen to hear from people who bring

Experience in mortgage broking, lending, banking, or home finance administration
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability
Knowledge of loan processing, compliance requirements, and lender platforms
A passion for helping customers achieve their home ownership goals
