About The Role

We are looking for a of Saviynt resource with 2+ years of experience for one of our engagements. The resource must work from our Pune/Bangalore office and willing to work on shifts

Educational qualifications

§ Graduation degree in any stream or equivalent / post-graduation degree/diploma, Certification in any Saviynt product would be an added advantage .

Work experience

§ We are looking for a of Saviynt resource with 2-4 years of experience for one of our engagements. The resource must work from our Pune/Bangalore office and willing to work on shifts

The ideal candidate will

§ Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of Access Review campaigns, including

  • o Campaign creation, scheduling, monitoring, and closure
  • o Reviewer communication and escalation handling
  • § Ensure completeness and accuracy of access certification data, aligning with audit/compliance requirements

§ Collaborate with stakeholders to

  • o Resolve certification findings
  • o Improve access control, governance posture
  • § Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, including automation and optimization
  • § Support audit readiness activities by providing certification evidence and reports
  • § Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Saviynt platform capabilities
  • § Maintain a strong focus on risk mitigation, compliance adherence, and data integrity

Mandatory Certification Required

  • Saviynt IGA Professional

Technical Skills Required

§ At least 24-48 moths of experience in Saviynt product.

§ Strong experience in

  • o Access Review / Certification Campaigns (Manager, Application Owner, Role-based reviews)
  • o Segregation of Duties (SoD) and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
  • § Experience in Application Onboarding in Saviynt
  • § Exposure to JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) lifecycle processes in IAM solutions

§ Strong working knowledge of

  • o Saviynt workflows, certification configurations, and remediation processes
  • o SQL (complex query writing for reporting and troubleshooting)
  • o REST APIs and JSON integrations
  • Behavioral / team skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management (Security, Application owners, Business users)
  • Ability to:
  • o Work collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • o Deliver high-quality work within timelines
  • o Identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities proactively
  • Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments
  • Good documentation and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required

§ Understanding of

  • o IAM concepts and governance frameworks
  • o Operating systems, databases, and target systems integrated with IAM

§ Basic exposure to

o Scripting / programming (Java, Python, etc.)

o Code repository tools (e.g., Git)

§ Experience supporting audit, compliance, and certification evidence requirements
