The ideal candidate will

§ Independently lead Access Review / Certification campaigns end-to-end, including

  • § Campaign setup, execution, monitoring, escalation, and closure
  • § Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity across all certification activities
  • § Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for access certification and governance processes

§ Collaborate with stakeholders to

  • § Resolve certification findings and reduce access risks
  • § Improve IAM governance and operational efficiency
  • § Drive continuous improvements and automation initiatives in Saviynt processes
  • § Support audit requests and provide timely certification evidence and reports
  • § Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Saviynt platform capabilities
  • § Contribute to knowledge sharing, process documentation, and mentoring junior resources

Mandatory Certification Required

  • Saviynt IGA Professional

Technical Skills Required

§ At least 60+ moths of experience in Saviynt product.

§ Strong expertise in

  • o Access Review / Certification lifecycle management (campaign design, scheduling, execution, closure)
  • o Segregation of Duties (SoD), RBAC, and access governance frameworks

§ Extensive experience in

  • o Saviynt application onboarding and integration strategies
  • o JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) lifecycle implementation/support

§ Strong hands-on experience with

  • o Saviynt workflows, certification configuration, and remediation processes
  • o Custom reports, analytics, and certification evidence generation
  • o SQL (complex query writing for data analysis & troubleshooting)

§ Good knowledge of

  • o REST APIs and JSON-based integrations
  • o IAM architecture and governance controls across enterprise systems

§ Understanding of

  • o Target systems (Databases, AD, Cloud apps, OS platforms) integrated with IAM
  • o Version control (Git) and deployment practices

§ Exposure to

o Scripting/programming (Java, Python, etc.)

§ Experience in

  • o Supporting audit, compliance, and certification evidence requirements
  • o Operationalizing IAM solutions post-implementation
  • Behavioral / team skills

§ Strong stakeholder management skills, working with

  • o Security, Audit, Application Owners, and Business stakeholders
  • § Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

§ Ability to

  • o Lead and own medium-sized workstreams or certification programs
  • o Deliver high-quality output within defined SLAs and timelines

§ Proactive in

o Identifying risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities

§ Strong communication and client interaction skills

§ Capability to mentor junior team members / Associate Consultants

§ Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, client-driven environment

§ Good documentation, reporting, and presentation skills

§ Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
