Join one of Europe's fastest-growing companies. 1 SEO Manager (m/f/d) Your Role You are fonio's in-house SEO lead. Your job: make us rank #1 on Google and in AI search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for every relevant query, not just in DACH but internationally. You own strategy and execution, guide the website team on how pages should be structured, and set the direction for keyword research across all markets. We'll work with agencies here and there, but the expertise lives with you. What to expect * Own SEO strategy and execution across all our markets, starting with DACH and expanding internationally * Define how pages are built and structured, working closely with the website and engineering teams on technical SEO * Lead keyword research and decide how we go after both traditional search and AI-generated results * Commission or write the content needed to rank * Manage a €20.000-€30.000/month SEO budget * Work with external agencies where it makes sense, but hold the strategy yourself Who We're Looking For Must-have: * You've built SEO at real scale before, full-time. Not "co-owned SEO alongside other things" but SEO as your main job, with results to show for it. Industry (tech, consumer, anything) matters less than the scale you've operated at. * International SEO experience, you know how to approach markets beyond your home market * Fluent in English and German Nice-to-have: * Strong copywriting skills (an SEO person who can write well is rare and valuable) * Hands-on with website tools like Webflow or similar What We Offer * Competitive salary: €65.000-€100.000 * Equity - you build it, you should own a piece of it. * Food & drinks - at our Vienna office, lunch and dinner are on us (plus all the drinks your heart desires, and yes, we have protein bars and vitamins too). * Relocation bonus (if you still need to move to Vienna) * Equipment of your choice - whatever makes you happy. * Regular team offsites.
