About The Role

[What the role is]

You will be part of the Employee Relations team responsible for driving employee engagement, well-being and recognition initiatives to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture within PUB.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities include

Implement and manage staff well-being policies, programmes and initiatives, taking into consideration organisational needs, workforce trends and emerging developments
Oversee insurance-related matters
Plan, coordinate and manage staff engagement and appreciation programmes

[What we are looking for]

Degree in Human Resource or related discipline, with relevant working experience preferred
Good writing, communication and thinking skills
Able to work effectively within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff
Able to work well independently and in a team

Work Location: PUB Waterhub @ 80 Toh Guan Road East
