• Clarifying customer inquiries in the assigned subject area with system support communicating with internal customers
• Preparing and maintaining standard correspondence contracts and other standard documents as per system requirements
• Maintaining HR data and ensuring the quality of the data
• Preparing and providing certificates Handling standardized internal external correspondence e g with health insurers and authorities
• Checking data and tracking schedules
• German Language B2.2 level is mandatory
