About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design engaging visual experiences across brand, digital, and experiential projects.
- Develop brand identities, visual systems, and scalable design systems that create consistency across multiple touchpoints.
- Translate wireframes and creative concepts into polished, high-fidelity designs.
- Create compelling visual assets from initial mood boards through final production.
- Design interactive experiences and user interfaces that balance creativity, usability, and accessibility.
- Develop creative solutions that respond to client goals, project briefs, and technical requirements.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including design systems and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with producers, strategists, creatives, developers, and senior designers throughout the design process.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and contribute to client presentations.
- Manage design deliverables across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Support production and execution to ensure creative excellence through final delivery.
- Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
What You'll Bring
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic, digital, brand, or experiential design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong work in brand identity, visual systems, graphic design, digital experiences, and strategic creative thinking.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and digital prototyping.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Bonus Points!
- Experience with motion design and/or illustration.
- Start-up experience is a bonus but not a requirement.
