You ensure and maintain a smooth day-to-day work routine within the Finance department, as well as the effective coordination and manage all those bills within the hotel. As a Billing Executive , you are not just ensuring financial data and bills - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest!

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day

• Finance Operations: Supervise daily finance activities especially for bills and ensure accurate, timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Team Oversight: Understand and support the roles and procedures of all team members under your supervision.
• Efficiency & Organization: Respond to requests promptly and maintain an up-to-date filing system.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Director of Finance/Financial Controller with financial insights for decision-making.
• Policy & Safety Awareness: Stay current with Hilton and hotel finance policies, and promote safe work practices.

This role requires the following language skills.

• Japanese (Business level)
• English (Conversational level)

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and flexibility during the month/year-end
• Professional accounting qualification preferred.

Preferred if the candidate also meets the following requirements.

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Management, or related field; certified in Finance/Accounting
• Have experience of working in Finance Department in Hotel or Hospitality Industry,
• Skilled in hotel systems such as OnQ, Check SCM, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS,
