F&B アドミニストレーション・コーディネーター/F＆B Administration Supervisor

●日々の業務

• 一般的なお問い合わせ、アレルギーや食事制限への対応、記念日などの特別な手配を含む、幅広いゲストリクエストの管理。
• 定休日の設定を含む、レストランの営業スケジュールの調整。
• 営業時間、運営情報、メニューなどを含む、全OTAプラットフォーム上のレストラン掲載情報およびコンテンツの管理。
• レストラン各アウトレットの管理業務全般の統括。
• 電話、メール、オンラインチャネルを通じたゲストからのお問い合わせへの対応。

メニュー管理 ：

• レストランメニューの編集および更新。
• シェフおよびレストランマネージャーとのメニュー更新の調整。
• メニューの印刷手配および各アウトレットへの配布。
• 客室内ディスプレイ、館内ガイド、公式ウェブサイト上のレストラン関連コンテンツの確認および検証。

管理業務・レポーティング & オペレーションサポート

• 必要に応じたデイリーモーニングレポートの更新。
• POS管理およびデジタルダイニングシステムのサポート。
• 電話およびメールで受け付けた予約の管理および調整。
• 各アウトレットと関連部署間の業務連絡の調整。

●応募にあたって求めるもの

• 高等教育機関の卒業資格、または関連分野の学歴
• 関連業務における2年以上の経験
• 日本語が話せること
• 所轄官公庁が定める資格または許認可を取得していること

●Your day to day

• Covering Restaurant Administration duties during her days off
• Providing on-site support to F&B outlets for menu printing and related operational request.
• Proactively checking with F&B outlets to identify and support their operational requirements

Digital Sales & Commercial Support

• Providing administrative support to the DOFB/ ADOFB by coordinating F&B meetings and preparing meeting minutes
• Create and manage restaurant dining plans.
• Coordinate online promotions with Sales & Marketing
• Create and update menu items through Infrasys.
• Run commercial report through Table Check – For DOFB/ ADOFB and F&B Team
• Create and Update POS system
• Support F&B outlets with Collabo Flow application and related administrative request.
• Assist and coordinate F&B outlets monthly budget for purchase
• Update and Distribute R&B Daily Revenue Report
• Create menu Labels for restaurant buffet operations

●What we need from you

• Higher education qualification or related field
• 3+ years’ related experience
• Japanese language skills are required
• Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies
