Advance HW Engineer
This is an exciting HTS opportunity supporting the Engineering Test Services (ETS) group in technically leading the Avionics Testing End State team.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Should have 5-8 yrs of relevant work experience.
- Hands on experience in test hardware design, minimum 3-4 Projects.
- Understand the HRS requirements/HW design implementation and define the test scenarios
- Should be able to define/design test requirements for a Unit Under Test.
- Design test hardware/software as per test requirements.
- Capable to review the hardware design, layout and provide probable failure scenarios.
- Assist test development with diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and 100% technical ownership/accountability of PBA test functional area.
- Experience in ATEs (Automated Test Equipment) and Interface Test Adapter/Cable harness design; includes mechanical and electrical
- Active involvement in Domain’s strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Expected to mentor budding engineers, drive innovations and write technical white papers or approach papers as deemed fit.
- Independently participate in the customer telecons and responding production/engineering queries without delays.
- Team player that puts team first, willing to make the difficult decision and have the difficult conversation while providing clear technical recommendations to leadership that is best for the long term.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships across disciplines and across the organization
- Excellent Communications skills, good team player and have good analytical capabilities
