Job Description
– At least 7 years of leadership experience in recruitment in the BPO industry
– Expertise in handling BPO volume recruitment, niche recruitment and talent sourcing
– Skill in budgeting for the entire department
– Flexible to traveling to other sites within the Metro Manila and to do occasional overseas business trip
-Amenable to work in Hybrid Setup (Pasig).
