Job Description
Reports to the Principal
- Conducts Instructional Supervision for effective and competent delivery of the curriculum
- Monitors teachers within the subject group
- Coordinates with the Principal in the formulation/implementation and monitoring of Enhanced School Improvement Plan
- Facilitates organizational efficiency and the effective management of the people, system of the school including designation of task, coaching, mentoring, and instructional supervision of school staff.
- Monitors and assesses the curriculum and its implementation including approval of the teacher assignments loading and class programs
- Ensures a safe and motivating environment
- Leads in the creation and implementation of standards for teachers and students
- Assumes leadership in planning preparation and delivery of the academic program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
