The Service Associate performs the full range of teller, vault/ATM operations, account opening, and TD transactions for the Bank in accordance with set policies and procedures. He/she engages clients to open new accounts and/or seek growth opportunities through cross-selling and account consolidation. The Service Associate also performs financial services for clients in a consistently efficient, delightful, and customer-centric manner.
The Service Associate is responsible for processing account opening and maintenance in a responsive, timely, and accurate manner at all times.
