Job Description
The Customer Care Associate is responsible for acquiring possible customers for service based on the data analyzed and generated. He/she arranges the possible and existing customers’ service appointment, acquire initial information needed before the unit is serviced, and conduct after service surveys.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year business course
- Work experience in the field of automotive is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
