Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Assist customers in resolving issues when the system does not increase their
account balance, and utilize the system to check deposit details and system order
numbers.
● Complete deposit reports to ensure accurate recording of deposit information.
● Provide customers with deposit order numbers and details when they request
withdrawal information through the system.
● Address situations where customers experience extended wait times for
withdrawals by using the system to investigate.
● Ensure accurate and error-free handover of tasks.
● Report work progress to supervisors promptly.
● Assist colleagues in problem-solving to ensure smooth team operations.

Job Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for backgrounds in finance,
accounting, or related fields.
1. Proficient in computer operations.
2. Demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and responsibility for the job.
3. Ability to accurately understand customer inquiries and provide appropriate
solutions.
1. Preference for candidates with a background in finance or accounting.
2. Punctual attendance and strong professional ethics.
3. Diligent, responsible, and passionate about work. Must be willing to work in
shifting schedules
