Job Purpose:

Secures the accuracy of inventory, monitor the product issuances (FEFO) and receiving, and ensures that inventories in stocks on hand (SOH) are always updated. Directly reports to Operations Supervisor and Manager.

Duties

· Gather data from various sources, including warehouse management systems, inventory databases, and logistics platforms.

· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to inventory levels, storage conditions, and operational efficiency.

· Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.

· Use data-driven insights to develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory management, reducing waste, and enhancing cold storage efficiency.

· Monitor the impact of implemented changes and adjust strategies as necessary.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest stocks on hand in data analysis and warehouse management.

· Encoding day to day transaction (inbound/outbound)

· Collecting data (Picklist from dispatching/ inward/ outward)

· Checking for some alteration or any changes.

· Initiates compression activity to the warehouse.

· On-site visit in cold storage

· Monitoring of hold and cancel for SOH

· Random Location checking (requesting to team leader)

· Coordination with other team (Checker/Warehouseman/Guard)

· Others: SAP Ideas/ MS Office/ Email

Working Conditions:

· This position is based in a cold storage warehouse and office environment, requiring the ability to work in low-temperature conditions while on cold storage.

· Morning duty = on-site warehouse duty

· Afternoon/evening duty = office duty.

· Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
