Job Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and other key clients to promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products.
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company’s pharmaceutical products.
  • Preparing presentations and scheduling appointments with potential clients to promote the company’s products and deliver product samples.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Track sales metrics, inventory and prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
  • Building and maintaining good business relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Following and adding up on leads generated by the company.
  • Keeping up to date with new developments in the medical field.
  • Participate in any related training sessions and sales meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc., as necessary.
  • Able to abide with company’s purpose, values and principles, and policies especially in handling confidential information.
  • Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
