Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible in the implementation of end to end recruitment services and activities for assigned RBC Corporate Units (CUs), and provide support in sourcing candidates for critical manpower requirements of Satellite Companies. 

Responsibilities

• Actively source and screen applicants through various sourcing channels for assigned hiring accounts. 
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, and recruitment activities to ensure that hiring requirements are closed based on set SLA.  
• Conduct behavior-based structured interview in screening and shortlisting candidates.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders in understanding the talent requirements, and help create hiring initiatives to support them. 
• Conceptualize and implement recruitment marketing activities to promote Rebisco as preferred employer and increase awareness about the company and its career opportunities.
• Utilize and maintain online job portals (company website, Jobstreet, and social network sites i.e. LinkedIn, etc.). 
• Conduct and maintain talent scanning / mapping and databank to build a robust pipeline of potential talents.
• Maintain accurate and up to date information on various recruitment trackers / reports. 
• Establish network of contacts with applicants, universities and professional organizations/associations for sourcing, and may be assigned to handle university relations programs / partnerships.
• Assist and participate in various TA projects and process improvement activities/initiatives. 

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Psychology or Behavioral Science
• Has at least 2 years experience in end to end recruitment
• With advanced skills in Sourcing, Selection, and Hiring
• With working background in Negotiation, Workforce Planning & Analysis, Office Management and Software Application
• Possesses knowledge in HR Information System, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations Management and Competency Development
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
