Job Description

As a Part-time Personal Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of this exciting international business, ensuring smooth operations across borders. You’ll manage critical travel arrangements, maintain vital business data, and handle a variety of bookings that keep the business running efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate seamless business travel by booking flights, hotels, and restaurants
  • Manage personal appointments and bookings for key team members
  • Create and maintain crucial business spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
  • Coordinate complex schedules across Italian and UK time zones
  • Handle professional communication and correspondence with clients and partners
  • Prioritize and manage diverse administrative tasks, adapting to the dynamic needs of the business
Requirements

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proven expertise in using travel and accommodation booking platforms
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a talent for efficient time management
