QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least college level with Civil Tech or related course
• At least 1-2 years of experience in related field
• Knowledgeable in all testing requirements necessary for Roads and Bridges
• Skilled in material testing/QAQC field
• Willing to be assigned/relocated to ILOCOS, NORTE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND DUTIES:

1. Performs field tests of soils, aggregates, concrete and asphalt mix.

2. Performs work in accordance with standard procedure/methods and management system.

3. Prepare, review and sign test result/report for adequacy and completeness.

4. Assist in report preparation and maintenance of quality records.

5. Assist the engineer in handling customer complaints.

6. Conduct inspection, sampling and testing of materials delivered at the project.

7. Exercise quality control during project execution, and/or any material delivery at site.

8. Help engineer in the execution of material research and development of the project requirement.

9. Conducts sampling and testing of materials during the construction work.

10. Perform laboratory test of materials to be used in construction prior to the starting of the project.

11. Prepares field density test reports and concrete pouring reports.

12. Checks and controls the quality of concrete being batched and delivered on site.

13. Perform all task assigned by superior from time to time.
