Chemistry Laboratory Specialist

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• With at least 2 years laboratory experience either on the related field.
• Experience using Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry instruments and techniques.
• Good communication and  presentation skills.
• Likes to travel nationwide and international.    

Tasks  & Responsibilities:

• Provides training  for customers about the concept, operation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Provides after-sales technical support for the customer.
• Provides troubleshooting solutions on the usage of the laboratory equipment relevant chemical analysis.
• Conduct pre-sales product presentation and demonstration of equipment and relevant products for potential  customers;
• Assists the sales force by providing technical information  about the equipment and relevant products to meet customer’s need;
• Provide updates and trends about the chemical instrumentation and chemical analysis to customers and sales force;
• Responsible in  gaining a deep understanding of our  customer’s needs and expectations;
• Provides application consultancy services and technical support to end users.
