Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
- With at least 2 years laboratory experience either on the related field.
- Experience using Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry instruments and techniques.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Likes to travel nationwide and international.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provides training for customers about the concept, operation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Provides after-sales technical support for the customer.
- Provides troubleshooting solutions on the usage of the laboratory equipment relevant chemical analysis.
- Conduct pre-sales product presentation and demonstration of equipment and relevant products for potential customers;
- Assists the sales force by providing technical information about the equipment and relevant products to meet customer’s need;
- Provide updates and trends about the chemical instrumentation and chemical analysis to customers and sales force;
- Responsible in gaining a deep understanding of our customer’s needs and expectations;
- Provides application consultancy services and technical support to end users.
