Job Description

Qualifications & Duties:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Technology or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field; from Food Service, Catering or Retail Business

Spearhead the creation of the Food Safety Manual and assist in Food Safety Training for Staffs

Checks and monitors food quality and personal hygiene of staff during catering, packed meals, and other functions. 

Collects retain samples from catering, packed meals, and other functions.

Prepare, monitor, request and safely keep food safety tools and equipment.  

Ensure proper documentation of food safety files. 

Coordinates and monitors pest control of vehicles.
