Medical Technologist

1.        Qualifications (with previous related experienced)

1.       Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technologist

2.       Must have acquired license as RMT – PRC Board Passer

3.       Acquired certification of the following ( separate position available ) an advantage but not necessary

·                   Drug Test Analysts

·                   HIV Proficient

1.       With Pleasing Personality  

2.       Previous experience in Clinical Laboratory an advantage but not necessary

3.       Computer literate

1.       Job Description

·                   Oversee and handle entire laboratory operations.

·                   Handles staffing and scheduling.

·                   Responsible and willing to work under pressure.

·                   Performs daily, weekly and monthly maintenance on all equipment according to guidelines and permit application.

·                   Completes competency assignments yearly as required by regulatory standards.

·                   Works with other staff to complete Proficiency Testing samples quarterly.

·                   Helps maintain the weekly laboratory inventory.
