Senior Product Development Officer
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Development Officer located in Makati, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves developing safe, innovative, and cost-effective products while guaranteeing the quality and safety of raw and packaging materials in all formulations, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations. This includes engineering technology transfers from pilot to production scale to establish validated manufacturing processes and formulating new production processes or stages when needed. Additionally, the position entails overseeing production bulk recovery and troubleshooting to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Product Development and/or Manufacturing
- Has work experience in the personal care/cosmetics industry
- Graduate of BS Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Food Technology or other related course
- Strong experience in Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) standard course is required
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
