Work Summary:

Responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System has been implemented as per plan. Will be in-charge of the effective implementation of the Document Control system of the Plant. And in charge of handling Customer Complaints and will ensure Corrective Action Plans are formulated and implemented on time.
