ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally with exposure to accounting functions. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, as well as basic accounting software
- Strong organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start immediately, with all pre-employment requirements completed
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, credit memos, and payment collections
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Deposit sales revenue in a timely manner
- Support the accounting department with various administrative tasks as needed
- Prepare sales reports and track sales data for analysis
- Monitor and manage the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
