Material and Control Clerk

Salary Range : P 18,000.00 – 20,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Material and Control Clerk is responsible in the maintaining of inventory and releasing of items in the
storeroom.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive and check accuracy of all incoming deliveries of spare parts, supply materials and
examine its corresponding supporting documents.
1. Coordinate the incoming of delivery to various departments.
2. Monitor inventory of spare parts, office supplies, consumables and other items.
3. In-charge in the issuance and recording of inventory in the storeroom.
4. Daily preparation and filing of Material and Control Department’s documents.
5. Daily transmittal of documents to various departments.
6. Conduct Periodic Cycle Count.
7. Daily encoding in the SAP system.
8. Assist in year-end physical inventory count.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 1 year experience as Storeroom Clerk
• With SAP background is an advantage but not required

SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:
• On site (CBY Head Office)
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
