About the role
This is a full-time customer service role based in our office in Eastwood, Quezon City. As a Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in the travel industry through various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.
What you’ll be doing
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media
- Provide travel-related information and assistance to customers
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills
What we’re looking for
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using various computer applications and online tools
- Familiarity with the travel industry or a willingness to learn
- Customer-centric attitude and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Freshers or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
