Chat Support Associates

As part of the local customer support team, you will accountable for assisting both our users and drivers here in the Philippines with their delivery concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of customer orders, rebooking of transaction, modification etc. for fulfillment rate purposes via chat (90%) and call (10%)
• Handle and resolve complaints both for drivers and clients in thoughtful and professional manner.
• Handle 4-5 chat windows at the same time
• Submit tickets for escalated concerns such as damaged/missing items. undelivered orders etc…
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Has experience in handling VOICE and CHAT channels.
• Must have experience handling at least 2-3 chat windows at the same time.
• Must be amenable to working in the office, 5x a week.
• Must be willing to be assigned in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
