Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Property/Real Estate or equivalent, but not required.
  • Preferably with experience in Booking, Reservation and Contracting process and requirements from a real estate company.
  • Preferably with experience in Bank or In-House or Pag-Ibig Loan Financing from a real estate company.
  • Preferably with experience as Loan Take Out Assistant, Loan Approval Assistant, Documentation Assistant, Records Assistant or Document Controller from a real estate company.
  • Knowledge in loan approval and loan take out processing is an advantage.
  • Preferably with SAP knowledge or experience, but not required.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel (Pivot table and V Look-Up)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player and can do multi tasking.
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati city.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
