JOB BRIEF
- Provides financial and clerical support by ensuring accurate reporting of accounting data
- Assists Supervisor and/or Manager in coordination with stakeholders
REPONSIBILITIES
- Perform audit of daily transactions in accordance with the established standard audit procedures, and provide status timely
- Analyze and submit adjusting entries to correct records based on audited amounts and proper accounts
- Communicate queries to the concerned department/s and proactively follow up and close pending issues encountered
- Submit report to Supervisor and/or Manager any inconsistency noted in the workflow process
- Collaborate with other departments particularly on the provisioning of audit documents as required and requested by other departments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors’ degree in Accountancy or any business related course
- Work experience is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite- SM Retail HQ, Pasay
