Product Associate

Position Title : Product Associate

Job Summary :

• Support the respective Product Managers and Department head for the growth of the product portfolio from conceptualization, design, development, enhancement, roll-out, post-launch and evaluation against product development process and internal policy.
• Work closely with all internal and external support partners (branches, IT, compliance, legal, operations, credit, risk, AML) to ensure proper product management including risk and control management.
• Perform report extraction, generation which will form part of product data analytics for ease in decision making.
• Responsible for product monitoring, including volume and value, fee income, float income and expenses.
• Support the roll-out of new products or enhancements including System Interface Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), creation of test scripts and others, as required.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any Business related field. We are open to consider fresh graduates as well.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
