- Receiving of all collections (Condominium Dues, GCE, Water, OSA, RPT and Insurance)
- Implementation of collection policy
- Follow up of payment of delinquent unit owners and tenants
- Closely monitoring of Accounts Receivable and exert collection efforts in accordance with collection policy
- Preparation of Accounts Receivable Report with Aging
- Bank remittance monitoring and account tagging
- Preparation of daily and monthly collection report
- Special task related to the position
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
