Administrative Support:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy access to project documents.
Project Coordination:
- Assist project managers with scheduling and tracking project timelines.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Help coordinate logistics for project site visits and meetings.
Communication:
- Facilitate communication between project teams and office staff.
- Update and maintain contact lists and project directories.
Financial Administration:
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Office Management:
- Ensure the office is well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and office facilities.
- Support onboarding processes for new staff.
