Identity and Access Management

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow (or other similar Identity Governance) solutions to support identity and access management requirements.
• Manage user access requests, role assignments, and access certifications to ensure smooth and secure identity and access processes.
• Monitor and analyze identity and access logs, user activity, and security events to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow issues.
• Provide training and support to end users on SailPoint tools and best practices for managing their access rights and credentials.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to IAM processes, configurations, and system changes.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management or related administrative roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies.
• Familiarity with IAM security frameworks and industry best practices.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
